Wheelbarrow Pushing, Highest Altitude - Current world record
1. The highest altitude to which a wheelbarrow was pushed up and down was 5,895 m (19,341 ft). From 16-21 September 2024, Tabitha Knox-Carlson and Lisa Conyers (both Australia) together with three Tanzanian porters pushed a wheelbarrow to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. With their record, they collected donations for Ikirwa School.
