Eight high school students from Lockport High School, Lockport, New York (USA) ran 100 miles in a relay in 7:27:55.6 hours on 16 June 1968, in Lockport, New York (USA). Each student ran 12 1/2 miles, accumulated in spurts over 100 yards, 220 yards and 440 yards. The participants of the relay were Jim Rycyna, Charlie Quagliana, Bob Brown, Brian Brooks, Jeff Hulshoff, Frank Pfeil, George Bickford and Jeff Watkins.
